How to play Fruit Merge
Move your mouse or finger to choose where the next fruit falls, then click or tap to drop it. Fruits roll, bump and settle, so a drop does not always land exactly where you expect. Merges climb a ladder that starts with a blueberry and moves up through cherries, strawberries and lemons, then bananas, oranges and apples, then pears, grapes and pineapples, before reaching the watermelon, the largest fruit. Every merge scores the value of the fruit it creates, from 1 point for a blueberry up to 66 for a watermelon. If the fruit stacks above the rim, the game ends.
Tips for bigger merges
- Check the fruit chart on the left to see what each merge will become.
- Aim each drop next to a fruit of the same kind.
- Keep the stack low so it never climbs past the rim.
About Fruit Merge
Fruit Merge is a fruit merge game where gravity is part of the puzzle. You drop fruit into a container one piece at a time, and whenever two of the same fruit touch, they combine into the next, larger fruit. The aim is to rack up the highest score you can before the pile spills over the top.
Each run moves at your pace. You can play slowly and plan every drop, or keep things quick and react as the pile shifts. Watching each pair turn into a bigger fruit is especially satisfying.
If you enjoy this kind of puzzle, try the block-dropping strategy of Cubis 2 or the colorful matches in Microsoft Jewel 2.
Drop your first blueberry and see if you can grow a watermelon.
